Here is your chance to spotlight the Humboldt Chamber members and businesses you think have been outstanding over the past year.
These are the individuals or businesses that made a difference in the lives of their customers, the City or Region...and we want to know why you feel that way. Give us their story - the story they won't tell themselves - and tell us why YOU think they were the BEST this year.
Self-nominations are accepted, but all must be in by August 31, 2025. Winners will be announced at the 2025 Humboldt Chamber Banquet on October 2nd.
Rules:
- No nominee may be awarded in consecutive years for any category. (See the last three year's winners below.)
- To be eligible for any award, the nominee must be a Member in good standing with the Humboldt Chamber of Commerce.

Please try to choose a nominee in each category. You do not have to do them all at one time, though. We've broken them down into separate forms, so you can do one now and others later if you wish.
